Design Software:

I’ve used Solidworks for the majority of my career, there has been occasions where i’ve needed to use other software packages. I have experience with Inventor, Solid edge and Cero design packages.

Electro-mechanical design

Over most of my career I have designed and build electro-mechanical products from concept through production. From manufacturing equipment(Left picture) to power generation devices (right picture) I can turn (almost) any design requirements into physical products

General dimensioning and tolerancing

Bringing products to manufacturing and validating in a critical skill in engineering that I have plenty of experience with. I have worked with international and domestic suppliers bringing prototypes to production in a variety of manufacturing methods.

Rapid Prototyping and Fabrication

The most satisfying part of product design for me is when you turn your designs into physical parts. Over my career I have had the chance to use many difference forms of fabrication from the manual mill (Right picture) to a 3d printer to turn my designs into parts.
